Honest Property Management is looking for Maine’s most qualified Realtors and Agents to partner with us in providing exceptional service to clients through our Agent Referral Program. Participating members earn $500 on each property management referral.
As an agent, you are often asked to advise, so connecting clients with a trusted company who can provide exactly what they need will earn you appreciation. And once we start working with them, we never ask you to terminate your client relationship. We handle only their management needs and send them right back to you for any future transactions.
Working with us means more time to focus on selling and listing homes. You are not set up to coordinate repairs and find and screen tenants, but we are! You may have a listing or know a property owner who can’t afford to have a vacant home for very long. Refer them to us and we’ll help them market the property for lease while you market the property for sale.
Sending us a customer does not mean saying goodbye to all future sales. Instead, we will handle the property management part of the equation and direct them back to you for real estate transactions.
