Our focus areas are single family and multi-family homes and we currently manage over 150 units. Within this segment, our team has experience and is equipped to manage the full range of property classes. Whether you have a million dollar lake home with special needs like dock upkeep, a well-maintained urban middle class home, or housing for residents receiving rent subsidies, we can help. We do not provide HOA, commercial, or vacation rental services.
